Greetings and blessings from the Most High! I Quan Yin, come forth at
this moment in the ocean of timeless time to all the more awaken you to
the world of frequency. This is in actuality the vibratory patterns of
Love/Light in which "all lives and moves and has their being."
In a manner of speaking, frequency is Creation, for it is vibration, movement;
the building of sandcastles, the building of worlds, the building of Cosmos.
It is That Force which makes geometry sacred. Frequency is also ‘communication’,
energy and intent in motion. It is conveyed at various levels and through
all manner of species. In ITS Purest Essence LOVE IS THE FREQUENCY OF
GOD/DESS AND THEREFORE OF LIFE ITSELF.

SOUL CONNECTIONS

Beloved hearts of My Heart; I once again greet you from the Realms of
the Most High. I pour forth Infinite Compassion to you who tread the path
of the "Awakened", as it is you who are setting forth new paradigms
for ‘being’, for living, for transformation. It is you who are
being asked to live simultaneously upon Terra in Her time of tremendous
transition, and equally upon the glorious inner realms. We realize that
at times the disparity seems greater than you can bear, which again, is
why infinite and unconditional compassion, mercy and love are both being
given unto you and requested of you. As I continue to transmit this most
important and timely message, I request that you open yourself up to receive
the fount of LoveLight that is encoded within these words. Equally do
I request that you breathe forth this LoveLight to all sentient beings,
for now, more than ever, are the Divine Energies in need of being transmitted
one to another. This is so for all Divine Attributes: Unconditional Compassion,
Forgiveness, Faith, Divine Will-To-Good, Mercy, Prayer and Right Action.
It is likewise a time for Self to listen to Self, and for each of you
to ‘hear’ within the Silence of your own heart, the Word of
God/dess, and to follow your own call to serve and call to ‘being’
as it is spoken to you alone. So Be It!
In the information that follows, I shall expound upon the phenomenon
that is bringing together various Soul Groupings at a most accelerated
rate. This is leading to as much confusion as it is to joy, and many are
not quite sure what to do with, or even what to make of this Divine drawing
together of Souls that have agreed to meet at this particular time. This
situation was spoken of in an earlier discourse entitled "SOUL KIN".
We are, however, aware that as the hour of coming together for Spiritual
Mission, Life Work or even to fulfill a specific puzzle piece is truly
upon you, further exploration of this issue is required. This is likewise
true, because those of you who share Soul Connections that span the ages
have a certain subtle blending of atomic structure and blueprint, which
can be and often is the harbinger of much confusion, rather than the clarity
of purpose, which is the true intent. Beloveds, this is truly a time of
celebration, and with a little understanding there is the potential for
greater joy and fulfillment than you have hitherto know before.

It is of the so called "high" and "low" I will begin
this discourses! Beloved hearts of My Heart, We who sit upon the Councils
of what both We and yourselves often refer to as " The High Councils"
, are in truth that which sees from the Center outward. WE embrace all
with a depths and scope that is ALL inclusive; and therefore the concept
of high and low is in truth a concept of Wholeness and Oneness, rather
than that which infers any sort of superiority and/or inferiority. The
‘higher’ one is, in frequency, evolution, vibration, the more
he/she is at One with THE ONE. The entire concept of Spiritual Hierarchy
now takes on the shape of a holographic sphere of endless circles within
circles, and so it should.

FINDING YOUR INDIVIDUAL POINT OF BALANCE

Beloved Hearts of my Heart, I give this teaching to you as a Gift of Compassion
for the New Year and for your lives journeys. I seek for you to understand
why it is a gift of compassion, for therein will you get the depth of
importance within these word frequencies. Many, a great, great many of
you who are quite advanced in your awakening, activated Starseeds, labourers
of Love and Light for human-KIND, and all sentient beings, are yet at
odds with your own self. This is due to lack of true understanding regarding
the balancing of energies. This is causing much self-judgment and discontent
with ‘who you are’, as you are yet mistakenly measuring that
with ‘who you think you should be’ or "who another is".
You are, in essence, suffering quite unnecessarily by comparing your own
point of balance to that of another’s.

I pour forth upon each and every one of you Tender Mercies as the New
Millenium anchors in a way that appears, and often feels harsh, confused
and painful. In truth it is a most blessed time for Terra. Take refuge
within the sanctuary of your own pure Heart, for their will you find the
sanctuary of My Heart, and those of the Celestial Hierarchy. I ask that
you breathe through your heart centers the colours of gentle pink and
healing green. Include also the violet, white, platinum and clear light,
which you can direct to the heart center within the head. Find a comfortable
position to read on, seated within the Golden Radiance of the Golden Age
and the Great Central Sun, and the gentle calming Silver Glow-Light of
Moon Mother. Remember to breathe, knowing that the breath will follow
the intention set above, and take these words in as energy. It is of these
great subtleties of energy communication, which I will now speak.
